As a family business, we spend most of our working hours buying the cars and getting them prepared for sale. On the sales side this leaves us with limited time to accommodate general browsing and test-drives. This is why we work by appointment only, so that we can spend our time with the genuine buyers. We aim to provide the ultimate customer service to those who have agreed a deal in principle with us and are traveling to us.
When you call us, we take time to answer any questions you may have about the car, discussing every aspect with you. We can also go through the details of your part exchange and commit a price in advance, offer you a finance quote, and go through warranty options, etc. This means that you will know exactly where you stand before traveling to us. The most popular way to travel to us is by train. We are always happy to help collect all our customers from Poole Train Station, to make it easier to collect and drive your new car home.
Once you are happy with the deal we have discussed in principle, we take a small reservation and book you in for a day and time to suits you. When you arrive with us you will have our full attention, the car that you have reserved and all the paperwork will be ready for you. We will ensure you have the time to inspect and test drive the car, and discuss all the paperwork. As long as you're happy with everything, we will register the V5, tax the car, activate the warranty, and complete the handover before you drive away.
